The Court Does Not Have The Power To Dissolve The Parliament, The Iraqi Supreme Court

The petition to dissolve the parliament was denied by the Supreme Court of Iraq, which added that it lacked the authority to do so. The Iraqi Supreme Court is quoted in the media as saying that political parties should consult the constitution before making decisions of the parliament. It should be recalled that the Sadr group and other parties asked the court to dissolve the Iraqi parliament in applications.
